Back from NYC...

It's been a minute since I last checked in. I was in New York cooking a Kan Toke feast to celebrate the final day of Songkran, the Thai New Year. The event was held at Soho House and hosted by Christina Topsoe and James Murphy, who also helped cook the food AND serve it! Yes, we had fun.
