Frantz Saumon Mineral + Montlouis Chenin

Montlouis Chenin Blanc from Frantz Saumon. Grown organically on limestone, clay and silex plots, tended by hand, vinified with indigenous yeasts. For tasting notes, just read the label, "Mineral +." There is acidity and a hint of residual sugar, which leads me to believe that many people who would otherwise only drink off-dry Riesling with Thai food might enjoy this as well.
